Hva vi samler inn

Selve nettsiden fungerer uten kontoer og uten sporing. Webserveren fører ordinære tekniske logger (IP-adresse, tidspunkt, forespurt side) som brukes til drift og feilsøking og roteres automatisk.

Videoavspilling (YouTube)

Direktesendingene spilles av via YouTube. Når du starter en avspilling gjelder Googles personvernerklæring for det som skjer i selve spilleren.

Statistikk

Dersom du gir samtykke i informasjonskapsel-boksen, benyttes Google Analytics 4 til statistikk om bruken av nettstedet: hvilke sider som besøkes, omtrentlig geografisk plassering og hvilken type enhet som benyttes. Annonsefunksjoner er ikke aktivert. Samtykket omfatter kun statistikk. Uten samtykke behandles ingen slike opplysninger.

• Behandlingsgrunnlag: samtykke, jf. personvernforordningen artikkel 6 nr. 1 bokstav a og ekomloven § 3-15.
• Databehandler: Google Ireland Limited. Overføring til Google LLC (USA) skjer under EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Lagringstid i analyseverktøyet: inntil 14 måneder.
• Informasjonskapsler: én informasjonskapsel som lagrer ditt valg (navn nltv_consent, varighet 6 måneder), samt Googles statistikk-kapsler (navn _ga og _ga_ etterfulgt av en målings-ID, varighet inntil 2 år). Sistnevnte settes kun etter samtykke.

Samtykket kan trekkes tilbake når som helst via lenken «Informasjonskapsler» nederst på siden. Ved tilbaketrekking opphører innsamlingen, og Googles informasjonskapsler slettes.

Dine rettigheter

Du kan be om innsyn, retting eller sletting av data vi måtte ha om deg, og du kan klage til Datatilsynet. Kontakt oss på post@norwaylive.tv. Henvendelser besvares innen én måned.

Statistikkdata er pseudonyme og kan ikke knyttes til navn eller e-post. Ved forespørsel om innsyn i eller sletting av slike data må du oppgi verdien av informasjonskapselen med navn _ga fra din nettleser; uten denne kan opplysningene ikke knyttes til deg (personvernforordningen artikkel 11). Tjenerlogger som inneholder IP-adresse slettes automatisk etter 30 dager.

Norway Live ("we") processes as little personal data as possible. This page explains what actually happens when you visit norwaylive.tv.

What we collect

The site itself works without accounts and without tracking. The web server keeps ordinary technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) used for operations and debugging, rotated automatically.

Video playback (YouTube)

Live streams play via YouTube. Once you start playback, Google's privacy policy applies to the player itself.

Statistics

If you give consent in the cookie box, Google Analytics 4 is used for statistics on the use of this website: pages visited, approximate geographic location and the type of device used. Advertising features are not enabled. Consent covers statistics only. Without consent, no such data is processed.

• Legal basis: consent, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act § 3-15.
• Processor: Google Ireland Limited. Transfers to Google LLC (USA) take place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Retention in the analytics tool: up to 14 months.
• Cookies: one cookie storing your choice (name nltv_consent, duration 6 months), and Google's statistics cookies (names _ga and _ga_ followed by a measurement ID, duration up to 2 years). The latter are set only after consent.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page. Upon withdrawal, collection stops and Google's cookies are deleted.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of any data we hold about you, and you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Contact us at post@norwaylive.tv. Requests are answered within one month.

Statistics data is pseudonymous and cannot be linked to a name or e-mail address. To request access to or deletion of such data, you must provide the value of the cookie named _ga from your browser; without it, the data cannot be linked to you (GDPR Article 11). Server logs containing IP addresses are deleted automatically after 30 days.
